Shipping Policy for Craft ProRugs

At Craft ProRugs, we strive to deliver your handmade rugs with care and efficiency. Below are the details of our shipping process:

1. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 20 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery Time: 2–6 business days after dispatch (depending on location).
  • Total Timeline: 22–26 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

2. Tracking & Updates

  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will share tracking details via WhatsApp/Email.
  • Delays may occur due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, but we prioritize timely deliveries.

3. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed (due to handmade production).
  • 48-Hour Window: For special requests (alterations/cancellations), contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. Final approval is at Craft ProRugs' discretion.

4. Handmade Rug Variations

  • Unique Craftsmanship: As each rug is handmade, slight variations (up to 10% in color/finishing) are normal and not considered defects.

5. Custom Orders (WhatsApp/Instagram)

  • Shipment Confirmation: We will confirm details before dispatch.
  • Pending Payments: If balance is unpaid, order will auto-cancel after 30 days of shipment confirmation (no refunds).
  • No Credit Shipments: Full payment is required before dispatch for custom orders.
